We had an issue with my wife’s 2012 Ford Focus, the ignition did not turn and the key got stuck, so we had no option than calling a locksmith and ACKR were the most responsive, Simon came out in under half an hour, quickly diagnosed the problem and managed to fix the ignition cylinder without replacing the whole thing. He was clear about the price before he start and was very professional and respectful, we are so glad we’ve called them and would absolutely recommend them!
