Big thanks to Rick from ACKR who was very responsive and came out quickly to help me, my 2019 Audi Q5 key fob has died on me and Rick showed up within 30mins of my call and replaced the battery, reprogrammed and brought it back to life. Super quick and very helpful, he really worth every penny.
