Amir from ACKR was the technicians who came out and helped me when my key fob for my 2016 Ford Explorer stopped working . He arrived on time, tested the fob couple of time and even changed the battery to be totally sure I needed a replacement, then when all tries didn’t work out he managed to cut & program a new one, the whole thing took less than 30 minutes and it works just perfect, super happy with the service and price and would absolutely recommend, thanks again Amir!
