My 2014 Honda Ridgeline remote had a dead battery and even after replacing it still wouldn’t unlock. It was already 7PM on a Saturday and I didn’t expect anyone to answer, but when I tried reaching out ACKR they have picked up right away and guy said don't worry we've got you covered any time and day of the week.
